Gravity Longboards
Gravity Longboards has been in the industry of longboard manufacturing since the mid 90′s and is one of the leaders of top quality longboards in the US. Gravity Longboards are known for producing a huge variety of longboards from cruisers, sliding/downhill boards, pool and transition boards, carvers and slalom boards. With Gravity, you can choose a specific board for your specific preference – whether you like bombing huge hills, cruising around the sidewalk, tearing up the local, turning through cones at more than 40 mph – name it! They got all boards for all occasion!
Gravity DownHill Boards
If you’ve been a Gravity fan for many years, I can only guess one of the reasons why they got you hooked up – the downhill boards. Gravity is actually a known top producer of sliding and downhill boards, perfect for those who wanna cruise mad with passion, soul, and intense adrenaline rush. Gravity longboards also sponsors the “Slidefest” competition annually, where participants are usually those who are experts in going downhill and powerslides.
Gravity Longboards – Cruisers
Gravity’s small cruisers provides nice, comfy yet fun experience if you’re just into smooth land cruising because they’re not that heavy and they can easily be stashed or stored.
Gravity Transition Boards
If you’re going for grinds on coping and kickturn, Gravity Longboards may also be your perfect companion. Gravity’s collection of pool and transition boards are made with small wheel base, making trick set ups and turns a lot easier and faster. Like the cruisers, they’re easy to carry and may be readily used when going to school, picking up groceries or just going around time in your own pace of leisure.
Gravity Carve Boards
There are 3 reasons why Gravity Longboards’ are also great for carving – they have good snap and the flexibility is awesome, stability is one of Gravity’s most prized board characteristics, and lastly, the wheelbase are long, perfect for smooth turning. Although Gravity’s Carves are bigger than the cruisers, you can still use it when cruising and carving around town.
Gravity Slalom Boards
If you’re up for extreme weaving through cones, you gotta pick Gravity’s slaloms boards. An important aspect of cruising down hill with utmost speed is control and so far, G’s slaloms have the most excellent control. However, they’re small boards so if not everyone must like them.
Gravity Longboards Reviews
I was trying to find different Gravity Longboards reviews today and realized there wasn’t really much so I decided to write my own. If you don’t know what Gravity is, it’s a California-based company famous for producing top quality skateboards and accessories and has been in the skateboarding business for almost 15 years now. Gravity Longboards reviews will tell you that Gravity is one of the most reliable manufacturers of skateboards today which, from my own 7 years of skateboarding experience, is very much true. Among the best longboards manufacturers, nobody beats Gravity’s long line of sturdy and fashionable skateboards.
Year by year, Gravity has been dedicated in making huge improvements in every batch of long boards it produced. When they produced the Hypercarve, which was an absolute favorite amongst my circle of skateboarding friends, I thought nothing could surpass its top notch quality but I was mistaken. Their latest Kalai Drop Carve is definitely a stunning addition to my collection of Gravity skateboards.
I’ve read Gravity Longboards reviews singing praises of this immensely popular Carve and I would say some of their reviews are somewhat understated. I find the latest batches of Gravity skateboards totally mild-blowing. When you’re a longboarder already swooshing in the air, floating, one thing you may be frightened of despite the oozing adrenaline rush is the possibility of a very bad fall. This is true especially if you’ve flown rather higher – the higher you soar up, the harder you’ll fall. I’m extremely particular with a longboard’s sturdy quality, probably more meticulous than anyone else, after a bad fall I had with my former skateboard around 9 yrs ago. With Gravity longboards, I never felt that kind of imminent worry. I’ve used three of my Gravity skateboards during extreme skateboarding competitions and never did I break one.
Although I barely use my Hypercarve anymore, it is still as solid as the first time I’ve used it. No breaks, not even a crack. Gravity longboards reviews include Gravity carves amongst the highest rating longboards in the industry but to be honest, I find every Gravity skateboard a masterpiece. It’s like what a lot of skateboarders say, once a Gravity fan, always a Gravity fan.
